A beautiful vibrant vintage rug from the Boujad region of Morocco.
Large central diamond shapes and borders filled with Berber symbology, typical of the old style weaving from this region. A beautiful vibrant colour pallet of cherry red with soft grey, inky blue and tangerine in soft and silky hand spun wool.
Low pile hand-knotted style of weaving in 100% wool with the ends tassels re-finished and hand repaired. A unique one of a kind artwork to be treasured.
A great medium sized rug for bedrooms, lounges and small dining areas.
