Perfectly imperfect - our leather goods are sustainably handmade in Marrakech by our artisan partners in small batches. Small differences in colour and imperfections in leather are to be expected.

$22 flat rate shipping for orders under $100 via Australia Post.
Shipping is FREE for orders over $100. Orders are sent via registered Australia post and require a signature on delivery.
We accept returns within 7 days of you receiving your delivery.

Shipping
We include free worldwide shipping via DHL express for all our online prices.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for our team to prepare and package your rugs for shipping.
Every vintage rug is given a hand-wash, a final inspection and light hand repairs if required before being shipped.

Returns
We accept returns for a refund within 30 days of you receiving your delivery.
We charge a 20% re-stocking fee to cover the cost of shipping your rug to you and the transaction fees.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the sender and can be sent to either the Melbourne or Marrakech warehouse, which ever is most economical from your location.

Rug Cleaning & Care
We recommend light vacuuming and occasionally hanging your rug outside in the sunshine for some fresh air.
Spot cleaning can be done with mild soapy water. Please be mindful of the natural dyes as they may bleed if left wet on top of other textiles.
For tougher stains we recommend to use a professional rug cleaning service that specialises in vintage and antique carpets.
