Refund policy

RETURNS
We want you to fall in love with your Nouvelle Nomad treasures - so all care has been taken to accurately show and describe the information and condition of each item.

Most of our pieces are unique one-off vintage finds, use vintage fabrics, are handcrafted unique items or are in pre-used condition. So signs of wear, repairs, usage, and irregularities must be expected. These imperfections are what make your piece uniquely beautiful, full of character, and add to it's story!

If however you are unsatisfied with your purchase or you believe the item is not as has been described, kindly get in contact at hello@nouvellenomad.com within 48 hours of receiving your order to coordinate the return of the item for a full refund. We of course require the item returned in the condition it was received in.

If you receive your treasure and it doesn't quite work for your space - that's OK. We offer refunds and exchanges for change of mind. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery to arrange it's return.

Returns are to be made via registered Australia Post, courier, or delivered in person to one of our Melbourne showrooms.

Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.

FAULTS
If your newly made Nouvelle Nomad item is found to have faulty craftsmanship, please email hello@nouvellenomad.com with a description/photos of the fault. If after review we have found the item to be of fault, we will be in touch to coordinate the return of the item for a replacement, exchange or full refund.

This does not extend to reasonable and usual ware and tear through use.
