Vintage Rhamna Rug 130x230

A flat woven mid-century aged vintage rug originating from Rhamna, an inland region close to Marrakech.

Soft peach and blush base colourings with a marigold central diamond. Natural cream and brown tones showing through in the free form hand-woven design details.

This piece has a lighter weight with practical flat woven surface with a loop knotted style of weave.

Raw end tassels and a textural surface and give this piece a rustic and earthy finish. A slightly irregular shape and areas of hand repair and wear only add to this piece's story, full of history and character.

**This piece has been marked down on sale as we've noticed some areas with some threads threads starting to pull away. Due to the age and delicate nature of this rug, it should be placed in a low traffic area, gorgeous in a bedroom. Would be equally beautiful hung on a wall as a decorative art piece**
