This beautiful chocolatey and caramel toned treasure is a beautiful over sized runner with pretty soft pink details throughout.

Wider than most runners, it will be great in an open plan area, or in front of a stone bench in kitchen or dining area. Flat weave with hand knotted wool and end tassels in place.

RETURNS

ONLINE ORDER RETURNS
Nouvelle Nomad rugs and textiles are either authentic vintage finds, or crafted from vintage textiles. So signs of wear and age must be expected, and are what add to our treasures' beauty, character and value.

We do everything we can to accurately show the colours, condition and texture of our rugs in our photography - and take care to shoot in natural light and from different angles.

If however any of our workmanship (like zips or seams on our cushions) is found to be faulty - We offer repairs or returns depending on the fault.

We're always happy to answer all your questions prior to your purchase to help you choose the right piece for your space - but understand that sometimes this doesn't always work out as imagined.

If once you receive your treasure and it isn't quite right - that's OK.

Just get in contact within 48 hours of receiving your delivery, to co-odinate the return of the items in the same week for an exchange or a full refund. Minus the cost of the shipping

We just ask that you please cover the price of the return shipping.

Returns are to be made to the Mark Tuckey showroom in Melbourne, Australia either via registered post, courier, or in person.

Just make sure it is in original condition with no signs of new wear. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted.

POP UP AND SALE RETURNS

Sale and pop-up event purchases are final and cannot be returned.

As we specialise in vintage finds, it's not always guaranteed that we'll be able to find exactly what you have in mind - but if it's similar to a piece that we've had in the past, or you have a certain style, colour and make in mind then we'll be happy to hunt down something beautiful for you.

SHIPPING

AUSTRALIAN BASED COLLECTION

For items located in Australia, 10% GST and standard shipping via registered Australia Post is included in the price of all items. Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your order to give us time to properly package and send to you.

If you are located outside of Australia - the online price includes shipping to where ever you are in the world via Australia Post for any rugs over $1500. It does NOT include import taxes and duties at your end - so you'll need to look into if they apply to you.

If you're located outside Australia please just get in touch so we can confirm if we deliver to your region.

MOROCCAN BASED COLLECTION

Items shown on the site that are located in Morocco will have this mentioned in the product description. Shipping to anywhere in Australia, or any other region globally is included in the online price of the rug via DHL express - please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery, although most will arrive within 2 weeks.

Import duties may be payable at the receiving end depending on your country - so you'll need to look into if they apply to you.

Some countries it is not possible to ship to from Morocco. So please just get in touch and we can confirm this for you.

WASH AND CARE

WASH AND REPAIR

All our rugs and textiles are hand washed in Marrakech before being shipped around the world. Any repairs required are hand done by skilled artisans and in the traditional methods to best suit the treasure and its origins.

Washing usually involves a spot clean for any visible marks, then a large broom and warm soapy water to brush out any other dirt or stains, before being hung out to dry on a roof top in the Marrakech sun. We vacuum and package all rugs by hand before shipping to the Melbourne showroom to check each item's repairs before being sent directly to you.

CARE FOR YOUR VINTAGE RUG

We recommend only ever using water and mild soapy water to spot clean your carpet. The natural dyes are colour fast, but chemical cleaners and vintage treasures are definitely not friends - so keep cleaning to the basics.

Rugs should be vacuumed regularly, and hung outside in the sunshine and fresh air to freshen them up and get rid of loose dirt.

If they're getting a bit grubby from usual wear or need a deeper clean - mobile carpet steam cleaning services are an inexpensive option (when done with no chemicals or detergents).

Otherwise if stains aren't budging - take to a professional carpet cleaning service in your area - there's plenty around. And many will pick up for you.
