A gorgeous 1970s aged vintage rug from the Boujad region of Morocco.
Large central diamond shape and borders filled with Berber symbology, typical of the old style weaving from this region. A warm and earthy colour pallet of grape and soft chamomile. Design work in black with touches of rose pink and peach throughout.
Low pile hand-knotted style of weaving in 100% wool with the ends re-finished and hand repaired. A unique one of a kind artwork to be treasured.
A great size for larger lounge and dining areas.
