In sticking to my values of slow and sustainable sourcing practices, 1:1 service and the special relationships I like to build with stockists and suppliers alike - I'm pretty selective with the clients I choose to work with.
One of those stockists is the beautiful Rochelle from Villa Lane in Red Head NSW. Opened in 2018, Villa Lane is a gorgeous treasure trove of villa style furniture and homewares inspired by travel and the art of relaxation.
Rochelle's expert eye for all things Australian coastal merged with global wares, featuring items picked up on sourcing (AKA surf) trips with hubby and via her carefully selected global supplier network. The team also offer some of the best coffee in the area with Sea Maiden coffee on site, and styling services and advice for whole home packages.
I've loved working with Rochelle, curating a really special collection of vintage Moroccan rugs, cushions and floor cushions that perfectly suits her neutral tones and luxe coastal vibe.
The collection features a couple of super unique vintage Beni Ourains aged at 50-70 years with the most beautiful wool quality.
A couple of super rare Haouz of Marrakech region vintage treasures, and some other beautiful neutral, peach and cream cushions and floor cushions made from premium quality vintage pieces which have been hand made in Marrakech.
Would you like to be a Nouvelle Nomad stockist? We work with a select few Australian retail partners who share our design aesthetic, sustainability ethos and love for vintage treasures. Also offering sourcing services for clients homes and design projects.
With the next Moroccan sourcing trip just around the corner I'm taking expressions of interest now, so invite you to get in contact to discuss your next project.
